Maryland Department of Health to Expand Primary Care Program during Open Application Period

The Maryland Department of Health announced on 6/14/2022 that it is expanding the Maryland Primary Care Program during the open application period. Care Transformation Organizations (CTOs) and primary care practices can apply for the program through midnight on Friday, July 15th, 2022.
